“Rapid growth” sees Sync relocate to new Manchester HQ

Tech specialist, Sync, is to move to a new Manchester headquarters following “rapid growth”.

The company, which works with businesses to adopt and deploy technology, will be based in the city’s Arbeta building, near The Sharp Project.

It explained that the state-of-the-art facilities represented a “significant step forward” as it would bring all of its teams together under one roof.

“We have been working tirelessly to create a new home for Sync, envisioning a workspace that not only accommodates our current needs but also supports our future growth and innovation,” explained Sync’s Chief Executive Officer, Chris Costello.

“The move to Arbeta signifies a pivotal moment for our company, bringing us all together in a centralised location that will enhance collaboration and drive our business forward.”

Sync will take 3 units spanning 12,300 sq ft. at Arbeta.

“We’re incredibly excited to have a tech business with such tenure as Sync join us at Arbeta, adding to our already thriving tech and digital communities on site. Its reflective of Manchester’s growing reputation as a centre for excellence for these industries,” added Rob Page, Managing Director at Arbeta.

Sync will also close its Deansgate service centre at the end of this month, ahead of a re-opening scheduled for the completion of its move to the new offices in the summer.

“The company has recognised the evolving landscape of consumer and retail dynamics, prompting a strategic shift towards education, enterprise, and the public sector,” explained Tom Crump, Chief Sales Officer at Sync.

“As we move into this exciting new phase at Arbeta, we are also recalibrating our focus to align with the evolving needs of the market. Our journey takes us away from the consumer sector and deeper into education, enterprise, and the public sector, where we see immense opportunities for growth and impact.
