With the majority of businesses now attempting to function remotely, tomorrow’s online Remote Leadership training course will teach managers of all positions how to effectively maximise productivity under these challenging circumstances.

Starting at 9am and conducted via Zoom, the three-hour session will cover how business leaders need to develop new approaches, routines and behaviours to support individuals, foster strong, supportive teams, and create great work.

Titled ‘Remote Leadership in times of crisis’, the virtual training will be hosted by the team at 4and20million – Dan McNicholas, Josie Saville and Alex Heywood.

4and20million have a combined experience of 45 years in the advertising industry, time well spent understanding business and what makes people tick.

This course is split into two parts. The first section examines the things we can all do as individuals to ensure we are motivated, productive and able to thrive.

The second section is designed to inform and inspire leaders and managers of all levels to effectively lead teams remotely, share challenges, experiences and come together to propose solutions.

Many businesses assume that we can ‘work from home’ as if we were operating under normal circumstances. With mass, ongoing, compulsory remote working in place, the experience for employees is very different to the occasional day working from home.

Sign up to take part in the training session and you’ll take away with actionable methods to improve your workforce’s productivity through strong remote leadership.
