Woven, has teamed up with Princess Yachts and the Marine Conservation Society to raise awareness of the risks facing marine life.

The Leeds-based digital agency was brought in to promote the work of the organisations at Eddystone Reef off the Plymouth Coast. The area had suffered from over-trawling, but is now home to important marine species.

“Interest in marine conservation has grown massively but there’s still much to do, so we were pleased to work alongside Woven Agency and MCS to develop this microsite and raise awareness of how we can all get involved,” explained Kiran Haslam, Chief Marketing Officer and Board Member for Environment at Princess Yachts.

Dr Jean-Luc Solandt, Principal Specialist at MCS added:

“The involvement of Princess has catapulted our work from one of ideas to implementation – through our work on assessing areas protected from trawling to introducing Advanced Mooring Systems to Plymouth Sound. MCS is delighted to be working with them.”
