New data lead spearheads trio of hires at Mustard

Award-winning Manchester agency, Mustard, has hired Steven Searle as data operations manager, and has also hired Anna Hilliard as senior research executive and Jennifer Burke as market research apprentice.

Searle joins Mustard having spent the last 12 years at DJS Research. In his role at DJS, Searle managed the data department and brings experience in complex survey programming, data manipulation, tabulation, automation and web development. At Mustard, Searle will lead the data team and champion the agency’s work on panel and survey quality improvement.

Additionally, Mustard has appointed Hilliard as senior research executive, having previously worked at Millward Brown, JRA and DJS, and Jennifer Burke as market research apprentice. Burke is Mustard’s first appointment under the MRS’s Market Research Apprenticeship scheme.
