New creative director at Continuous, plus two internal promotions

Liverpool brand agency Continuous has appointed Stephen Conchie as its new creative director, alongside two internal promotions.

Conchie has over 25 years’ experience leading and building creative teams, working across a wealth of sectors and branding disciplines at agencies such as The Chase and Brandon. He’ll be responsible for raising the creative bar and developing the team at Continuous.

In a commitment to delivering impactful creative, Caroline Whittaker has also been promoted to strategy director. With over 20 years’ agency experience, Caroline has been pivotal in leading Continuous’ strategy team to effectively solve its clients’ commercial challenges.

Finally, Olivia Downing becomes associate creative director. Leading on concept development, Olivia will be responsible for ensuring the agency explores ideas that fulfil both the client and creative brief.
