Leeds-headquartered performance marketing agency Connective3 has appointed Dan Seekings as group head of creative.
Seekings has 15 years of experience in the creative industry, having previously worked at Leeds-based agencies IMA, Epiphany, Journey Further, and most recently, McCann Leeds. During his in-house career, he has also worked with a variety of brands including Yorkshire Water, Asda, and Adidas.
In a newly created role, Seekings will lead the creative offering, delivering connected creative campaigns that drive both brand and performance. He will work alongside the agency’s established creative and data teams to produce cross-channel creative outputs.

The appointment marks the next step in the agency’s efforts to enhance its creative offering and follows Connective3’s acquisition of Powerhouse, a Leeds-based content creation agency that collaborates with brands such as Iceland and Bettys.
Connective3 works with clients across multiple sectors and industries including brands such as Avon, Ocado and Wren Kitchens. The agency has over 130 team members working across their Leeds, Manchester and London locations.
