New client wins and Corrie fan-friendly office move as Manchester agency gets 10th birthday-ready

Manchester digital agency Phoenix Digital is celebrating a series of significant new client projects as it prepares to mark its 10th year in business this February – the growing agency will also be celebrating the big day in a new, larger office within the Tomorrow Building at MediaCityUK, reflecting a year of expansion and increased demand.

Phoenix Digital has been appointed by the UK’s leading yoga membership organisation – The British Wheel of Yoga – to continue its long-term digital plan. The agency has begun a programme of work focused on improving the user experience and user journey across the member portal, alongside ongoing enhancements to functionality and features that support teachers, students and yoga enthusiasts nationwide.

This work will improve how existing members access training, events, resources and community information, ensuring the platform also better serves the needs of its growing and prospective membership base. The project is due for completion in spring 2026, and Phoenix Digital’s plan will also strengthen visibility and performance across the organisation’s wider digital presence, including targeted improvements to SEO to help users find relevant information and opportunities more easily.

Building on its strong track-record of supporting charities, Phoenix Digital will also continue to work closely with The Forward Trust and George House Trust through 2026.

A major milestone for the year is the launch of a new website for Clouds House, The Forward Trust’s residential rehabilitation centre. The new platform replaces the existing Clouds House site and is designed to improve accessibility, clarity of information and referral pathways for people seeking support.

For George House Trust, Phoenix Digital is delivering the next phase of its digital transformation programme, which includes supporting with a new CRM system to underpin all operational infrastructure. This substantial project will support the charity’s long-term capability, service delivery and data-driven decision-making.

The team has also secured a new partnership with the National Tracheostomy Safety Project (NTSP). Work has begun in January 2026 on a complete website redesign, which will include a Virtual Training module using AI to award recognised certifications in this highly specialised medical procedure.

At the turn of the year, Phoenix Digital also moved into its third office in ten years, a newly refurbished space on the 5th floor of the Tomorrow Building at MediaCityUK. With breakout areas for meetings and online collaboration, and with neighbouring creative companies on the same floor, the move “supports the continued growth of the team,” complete with views across the Manchester Ship Canal and even the rooftops of Coronation Street.

Davinia Hamilton-Maddox, co-director at Phoenix Digital, said: “Approaching our 10th anniversary feels like a natural moment to reflect on how far we’ve come, and 2026 is already shaping up to be one of our most exciting years yet.

“Our focus has always been on building long-term partnerships and we’re proud to be working with organisations that make a meaningful impact. Each project gives us the opportunity to deliver digital solutions that genuinely improve people’s experiences and demonstrates the trust our clients place in us.

“Whilst we celebrate our 10th birthday, we’re looking forward to the next decade of Phoenix Digital.”

Peter Tyldesley, CEO of The British Wheel of Yoga, added: “Working with Phoenix Digital has already had a noticeably positive impact on our digital platform.

“They have delivered meaningful improvements to our member portal at pace, while taking the time to understand our organisation and the needs of our community.

“Their collaborative approach and technical expertise have strengthened our confidence in our digital future, and we look forward to continuing to enhance our member experience together.”
