Manchester eCommerce agency pushes on with trio of senior hires

Manchester-based eCommerce agency PushON has made three senior appointments as it continues to expand its client base and grow its technical capabilities.

The agency has brought in Phil Page as Senior Developer and DevOps Manager, Rob Bamber as Senior Back End Developer, and Rob Aimes as Front End Developer. Together, they bring decades of experience to PushON’s growing development team.

Page joins with more than 18 years of experience in web development, infrastructure, and DevOps. Previously at Fisheye and later Youwe, following its acquisition, he played a key role in introducing automated deployment systems, scalable cloud hosting, and continuous integration pipelines. At PushON, he will work across all clients to enhance collaboration between development and operations.

“I aim to bring the same level of innovation and technical expertise I’ve shown throughout my career to further improve workflows at PushON,” Page said. “My focus is on creating future-proof systems that provide real value for our clients.”

Bamber, who has more than 20 years’ experience in web and eCommerce development, will focus on delivering robust back-end solutions while mentoring colleagues and strengthening the agency’s technical foundations.

Aimes, who also joins from Fisheye and Youwe, brings nearly a decade of front- and back-end development experience, having led major checkout overhauls. At PushON, he will work with clients including ESPO, Camlab, and Henderson, improving their eCommerce platforms across both front- and back-end systems.
