Manchester-based digital agency BANC has expanded its marketing team with three new appointments, strengthening its SEO, paid media, and CRM capabilities as the agency continues to grow.
Joining the business in her first full-time role is Junior Content & SEO Executive Annabelle Hoogenberg, who graduated in 2024 with a BA in Liberal Arts. Hoogenberg brings a range of experience in social media content creation, brand amplification, and video production, gained through volunteering and a six-week marketing internship with the charity White Rose.
Hannah Burke, who holds a degree in Journalism, has joined as CRM & Email Executive. She previously worked at Four Seasons Health Care, where she rose from Marketing Administrator to Digital Marketing and Communications Executive. Burke’s experience in CRM and email marketing has already helped refine BANC’s offering in the channel.
Meanwhile, Lydia Wadsworth has joined as Junior Paid Media Executive. A 2023 English Literature graduate, she previously completed a year-long merchandising internship at URBN HQ before joining Boohoo as a Merchandise Admin Assistant. With strong data and analytical skills, Wadsworth has quickly made an impact within BANC’s paid media team.

BANC Managing Director Martin Cozens said: “I couldn’t be happier that Annabelle, Hannah and Lydia have made such a flying start so early on in their time with us. Their intelligence and ambition stands us in great stead for the future, and I think their presence has helped everyone else step their client work game up too. I’m excited to see where we go with them as part of the team.”
Head of Digital Kate Woods added: “Fresh client goals are always varied here, so it’s great to have three talented people join the team and spread their skills across a range of different needs. Already they’ve settled in, adapted to the way we work and become a part of the culture we value here. I’m delighted with the progress they’ve made in such a short time.”
