Leeds’ Hark welcomes new recruits

Hark

Leeds scale-up Hark has added five new recruits to take its headcount up to 18.

The new hires are Software Engineers Abbie Cookson, Elliot Morris, Scott Thornton and Sam Bowen-Hughes, and Marc Bowers, who will lead on further enhancing user experience on the Hark Platform.

The company was keen to expand its energy analytics and industrial Internet of Things offering, which has grown despite the current period of economic uncertainty.

The new hires will also allow Hark to further progress its loss prevention solution by refining the platform’s functionality and the new Software Engineers will be tasked with developing a new module for the Hark Platform.

Chief Technology Officer Andrew Hathaway said: “We’re extremely happy to have welcomed five new members to the Hark team as we continue to grow the engineering side of the business.

“We have a lot of exciting projects and the experience of Abbie, Elliot, Scott, Sam and Marc will enable us to add product structure to our existing team, whilst further developing our market leading platform interface.”

The energy data visualisation tool simplifies the processing of energy data and draws insights and consumption information quickly.
