Leeds full-service marketing agency Perfect Storm has launched a redesigned and replatformed website for the rebrandeed educational tour operator European Study Tours, following its relaunch as ESTO.
ESTO is part of PGL Beyond, a network of educational travel brands that also includes PGL, NST and StudyLink Tours.
Perfect Storm was tasked with creating a “modern digital experience that brought ESTO’s new brand identity to life, improved commercial performance and safeguarded the site’s existing SEO equity,” ultimately providing a more sustainable platform for long-term growth.
The agency delivered a full website redesign as well as migrating the site from DynamicWeb to WordPress to create a more flexible, scalable and future-proof digital platform. The booking journey has been strengthened and the overall user experience improved, while brand visibility is more supported through a robust new content structure and CMS set-up.
Perfect Storm was appointed in July 2025 following a competitive pitch, with the team working closely with ESTO to deliver the new site launch as part of the wider brand rollout. The site went live on launch last week, on 13th May.
Dave Nutter, co-founder of Perfect Storm, said: “The relaunch gives ESTO a fantastic digital platform aligned to its new positioning and built to support future growth. It is a stronger, more engaging digital brand experience for consumers with an improved user journey and booking enquiry performance. And, importantly for ESTO, it gives a more flexible and cost-effective CMS platform for long-term development. It’s been a great project to work on. Translating a brand-new identity into a fully realised digital experience is always exciting.”
Michelle Evans, director of product & marketing at PGL Beyond, added: “Perfect Storm really understood the brief. There was a lot we wanted to achieve with the new website, without losing the brand equity the organisation has established over many years under our previous name, which dates back to 1982 – even before the internet! We’re delighted with the new website, which will give us increased visibility and lots of future content opportunities.”
