Silver Cross has unveiled a new Shopify Plus website created by Leeds-based digital agency Northern Artillery as part of a project marking a significant digital leap for the heritage business.
Replacing Silver Cross’ legacy Umbraco setup, Northern Artillery says the new platform offers a faster, more flexible e-commerce experience built on Shopify Plus. A feature of the build is a bespoke Car Seat Safety Finder, designed to help customers confidently choose the right product for their vehicle.

“This project was a big step for us. We needed a platform that matched the quality and ambition of our products, and Northern Artillery delivered. The new site is faster, easier to manage, and gives our customers a better experience from start to finish,” said Riccardo Baldoni, Associate Director of IT & Customer Experience, Silver Cross.
“We approached the project with a clear brief: simplify the user journey, unify the brand experience, and improve performance across the board,” said Liam Grogan, Director at Northern Artillery. “From UX to delivery, this was a full overhaul and the results speak for themselves.”
The new site also introduces a modular component system, giving the Silver Cross team complete control over content management, campaign deployment, and future updates — without the need for developer input.
