Kendal’s A Digital takes on 23 new clients after closure of Outsrc

Andrew Armitage

Kendal marketing agency A Digital has taken on 23 new clients following the closure of digital business Outsrc after 14 years.

Outsrc, also based in Kendal, has shut down after founder Ant Cooper took on a new role as Head of Technology with Cicerone Press.

As a result, Cooper has passed on his previous client portfolio to A Digital owner Andrew Armitage (above). As part of the deal, A Digital has adopted the management of 29 websites which were previously looked after by Outsrc.

“I’ve known Ant for a number of years and always respected the technical approach he’s taken in his work. We’ve worked with very similar technology and even shared projects between us in the past, so when he approached us to take on his client’s websites it was a very natural fit for us.

“We’ve worked hard to ensure that there was minimal disruption for these new clients and we’re excited to begin working with them to help their businesses grow through their online presence.

“This is a very exciting time for the A Digital team which will support our growth, and we wish Ant the best of luck in his new venture.”

Outsrc specialised in web design and development services. A Digital is is more than 10 years old and has clients including Windermere Lake Cruises, Out of Eden, Zeffirellis and Hawkshead Relish.
