Hop&Co. welcomes special needs employment hub back on board

Cheshire-based PR and marketing agency Hop&Co. has welcomed niche sector job board and resource hub Senploy back into its client portfolio.

Founded by Amy Allen in 2019, Senploy was the UK’s first job site for the special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) sector. After several years of working at the coal face, Amy spotted a gap in the SEND recruitment market which, at the time, was only served by generalised job sites that struggled to find the right skilled candidates for roles within schools, care homes, agencies, and local authorities.

Amy launched the business with the aim of facilitating those organisations to reach experienced and sector-specific professionals quickly and easily via a top-quality CV database.

Today Senploy are positively impacting the SEND staffing arena by not only making it easier for passionate individuals to enter into those highly specialised roles that define the sector but also saving SEND employers time and money by getting the ideal recruits through the door and ensuring those with complex needs are cared for properly and supported to the fullest extent. It currently has circa 4,000 jobs advertised and is trusted by some of the UK’s most recognised recruiters, SEND schools, academies, and trusts.

Hop&Co. has worked with Senploy before in its previous guise as Hop PR, with Senploy deciding to take marketing in-house as part of its ongoing growth strategy, before contacting and now working with the Hop team once more to propel the brand forward.

Hop&Co. founder and managing director Becks Wiper said: “Hop&Co. is excited to be once again working with Amy and the Senploy team. We always want the very best for our clients and taking the marketing in-house for a while when Amy and her team focused on other areas of the business growth made sense. We are just delighted that when marketing was a focus again, Amy picked up the phone to me.

“To re-engage the brand with its target audience, we launched Senploy Spotlight Sessions, a podcast and videography series in which Amy met and interviewed thought leaders and change-makers in the SEND industry. The output was invaluable and truly engaging, giving Amy and the Hop team endless creative content to use across a multitude of channels.

“We have now moved into more of a PR and content brief and continue to garner interest in both the business and Amy as an expert.”

Senploy’s managing director, Amy Allen, added: “Having previously worked with the team at Hop&Co. I knew my business was in safe hands. From the first meeting, ideas were generated and then swiftly implemented. Not only did they deliver a project to enhance the business presence, but they did so professionally and were dedicated to getting the perfect results. Every activity is executed with a level of care and expertise that truly sets them apart.

“Calling in the experts is like having a new set of eyes on the business. They generate fresh ideas, offer quick wins, and nothing is too much trouble! The team is responsive and amenable, Hop&Co. are the perfect partners.”
