who is eligible to enter the prolific north marketing awards?
- You are eligible to enter the Prolific North Marketing Awards Awards your organisation is headquartered / has an operational base in the North of England or your campaign covers the North of England.
- If you’re entering work done in partnership with another organisation (for example, an agency submitting a campaign delivered for a client) either the agency OR client needs to have a presence in the North to be eligible.
- Entries should relate to work undertaken between January 2022 – June 2023. Submit your entry on our dedicated portal.

how do I submit an entry?
- You’ll need to register on our dedicated portal. It’s quick an easy – you can view entry criteria, upload up to 5 supporting documents and files and save your progress at any time.

what are the entry criteria?
- Entry criteria vary depending on the category you wish to enter. We’ve put together some detailed information on each category, along with tips on supporting information, word count and what our judges will be looking for. Click here to see the categories
what are the entry deadlines and fees?
- Early bird offer deadline: 14 July 2023 – Fee: £150 + VAT
- Final entry deadline: 10 August 2023 – Fee: £200 + VAT
For any 3 paid for entries you will receive a 4th entry free. Discount will be applied at checkout.

who judges the prolific north awards?
- A transparent and fair judging process is at the heart of all Prolific North Awards. Our carefully selected panel of judges will be split into subgroups depending on their expertise and assigned categories to score.
- Judges will read and score all entry forms, considering any supporting materials submitted if needed. Judges will be asked to give a score for each question within the Entry Information tab. These will be combined to give an overall score for each entry. All judges’ pre-scores will then be combined and the highest scoring entries will determine the shortlists.
- Judges then meet to discuss the highest scoring entries and agree the winner for each category.
- The winners of the individual awards will be decided by a combination of judges’ scores and a public vote. We are happy to provide an overview of judges comments on your entry, please contact us on hello@prolificnorth.co.uk to arrange.

- The live awards ceremony will take place on 12 October at Manchester United Football Club.
