Holiday park social brief for North West agency

Manchester creative-led agency Jam has been appointed by UK holiday park operator, Park Holidays to lead its social media and content strategy – bringing heavyweight travel expertise and a proven client partnership to the brand.

The win builds on an existing relationship with Park Holidays’ head of brand & content, Kelly Johnstone, who has previously worked with Jam. Her decision to partner with the agency again is “a testament to the results, trust and impact Jam delivers,” the agency said.

Working closely with the in-house team, the agency is sharpening Park Holidays’ social strategy across national channels, introducing social-first hero content captured through bi-monthly shoots across its UK parks, and rolling out an always-on programme driven by insight, trends and performance data.
