Social media sensation Tiny Chef packed his pans and headed to Altrincham’s BAFTA-winning animation studio Factory to make his brand-new Nickelodeon series The Tiny Chef Show.

The new series will launch on Nick Jr. in the UK in January 2023 and feature RuPaul as the voice announcer, showcasing different plant-based ingredients, foods and dishes by the herbivorous Chef each episode.

Chef also has help from his friends: Olly, a practical and excitable robot who works closely with Chef assisting in the preparation of each episode’s dish; Ruby, Chef’s beloved pet caterpillar, his friend and confidant with a boundless appetite; Henry, a loyal and loving snail who moves slowly around the stump and reveals Chef’s Dish of the Day; and Stump Band, the show’s very own house band consisting of a fork, spatula and spoon.

Chef will welcome a host of celebrity guests over the course of the series including Kristen Bell, Sky & Ocean Brown, Tabitha Brown, Josh Dela Cruz, Josh Gad, Liza Koshy, RZA, That Girl Lay Lay and Keith L. Williams as they each join him for a good old chat about food, friendship and much more.

Producing the show in association with Imagine Kids+Family and Nickelodeon Animation, Factory is a prolific multi-genre studio which has produced over 90 hours of content, across 20 high profile multiple series and specials, including Newzoids (ITV), Clangers (CBeebies), Scream Street (CBBC), Club Penguin (Disney), Norman Picklestripes (NBC Universal) and Sir Michael Morpurgo’s Mimi and the Mountain Dragon (BBC One).

The Tiny Chef Show premiered on Nickelodeon’s preschool platforms in the U.S., and will air on Nickelodeon and Nick Jr. channels internationally. Paramount Consumer Products will lead licensing for Tiny Chef worldwide in partnership with Imagine Kids+Family.

Factory MD Phil Chalk said: “Tiny Chef is such an endearing character and we are proud to help bring his blamazing new show to life. It’s been a pleasure to have him and his team with us here in Manchester, and we can’t wait for UK audiences to see the show.”
