The Liverpool City Region edition will feature a deep-dive editorial series throughout 2026 examining the strengths, opportunities and challenges across the region’s tech landscape.
This will chart everything from key growth areas and emerging clusters to the journey of start-ups becoming scale-ups, as well as the current funding environment.
An invite-only roundtable will also take place in the coming months, bringing together tech leaders, advisers and ecosystem builders to discuss Liverpool City Region’s biggest opportunities and most pressing challenges in tech.
Helen Cross, Creative Industries lead at the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority said: “The creative and tech sectors are vital drivers of growth, innovation and identity in the Liverpool City Region.
“That is why it is so important that we support creative businesses by connecting them to the right networks, opportunities, and national platforms. Our role is to champion local talent, foster collaboration across the cluster, and ensure innovators have the visibility and support they need to scale, attract investment and thrive. Being involved in initiatives like GRAFT enables us to do exactly that.”
Prolific North will soon reveal further regional tech spotlights as the GRAFT Regional Tech Champions programme continues to explore tech ecosystems across the North.
