Global brings its brands to the BRITs

Capital, Heart, Capital XTRA and Capital Buzz will all be broadcasting live from the BRIT Awards this weekend.

Global said it would be providing “unrivalled multi-platform coverage” across its radio stations and social media as they take audiences backstage and into the winners’ room.

“The BRIT Awards is one of the biggest nights in music in the world and we’ll make sure Global’s audiences don’t just hear about, but get to experience every minute of this very special event,” said James Rea, Global’s Chief Broadcasting and Content Officer.

Coverage will start on the red carpet and will roll out across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

Roberts will then go backstage and to the after parties, to report on “the best stories, standout performances and biggest gossip” for Heart Breakfast on Monday morning.

Capital XTRA will be capturing “the culture-defining moments” from the red carpet and backstage, while Capital Anthems will build anticipation by throwing it back to some of the biggest BRITs moments.
