Hessle-based performance marketing agency Herd has hired Ryan Saltmer as co-owner and Strategy Director.
Prior to joining the agency, Saltmer worked at digital marketing agency Stickyeyes as SEO Strategy Director, where he grew the team from 15 to 50 technical SEO employees.
In his new role at Herd, which recently rebranded from its former name of Meta, he will support the board of directors to head up the digital strategy, developing the agency’s proposition and building its ambition to “grow Shopify giants”.
He is among five new starters joining the agency in the marketing and development teams, which works with clients including La Redoute, Face the Future and Butlin’s.
