Former Jellyfish and Brainlabs leader joins IDHL C-suite team

Leeds-HQ’d UK and US digital marketing specialist IDHL has appointed Dan Paget as chief operating officer (COO).

In his new role, Paget will focus on bringing IDHL’s capabilities closer together through a more unified operating model, stronger cross-agency collaboration and the continued integration of recent acquisitions as the business accelerates its growth plans and prepares to further scale.

With more than 15 years’ experience in senior leadership roles, Paget has a strong track record of scaling digital businesses. At Jellyfish, he helped grow the agency from 60 to 2,200 people and integrated 15 acquisitions into a single operating model.

He later held a global role at Brainlabs, where he led a major redesign of the agency’s operating model to improve delivery consistency, specialist career development and position the business for expansion before becoming UK COO.

“What stood out to me about IDHL was the strong cultural alignment with my own values and the scale of the opportunity ahead. Even in a world shaped by AI and automation, the biggest competitive advantage is still people and teamwork. IDHL already has a strong business and brilliant people in place and I’m excited to help bring teams even closer together, sharpen our offering and supercharge the next stage of growth,” he said.

Over the years, eight acquisitions have expanded the group’s specialist offering across brand communications and performance marketing, most recently with The MTM Agency joining in February 2025 and Vervaunt following in November 2025.

Lewis Sellers, CEO of IDHL, added: “We are delighted to welcome Dan to IDHL. His people-first approach is a strong fit for our business, and I’m confident he will help unlock new opportunities across the group by creating a more unified, integrated operating model and further strengthen our propositions and delivery.”

IDHL is a full-service digital technology partner that helps brands accelerate growth through performance marketing, web and ecommerce solutions and data intelligence. The group currently employs over 500 digital experts across offices in Leeds, London, Manchester, Southampton and New York.

IDHL is advancing a clear innovation roadmap, including a £1.5m investment in its AI function, IDHL Labs, while continuing to expand its US presence through investment in talent and its established New York office.

Through IDHL Labs, the group is delivering AI-led services and technologies, including work around generative search and campaign optimisation, while embedding automation and AI tools across internal delivery workflows to improve insight, performance and operating efficiency.
