Social creative Ella Bradley, previously at global agency IMA and search-led creative agency Rise at Seven, has launched blank social co., a social-first creative production house aimed at reducing what she describes as the “friction” of traditional agency models.
Operating between studios in London and York, blank social co. is positioning itself as a bridge between brand strategy and the faster turnaround required for social platforms. The business will offer social media services including lifestyle and studio photography, UGC production, and end-to-end social production.

Bradley said the decision to set up the new venture came after seeing brands repeatedly slowed by long approvals and strategies built without a real understanding of how quickly social moves.
Ella says: “Social is still a new channel in the world of marketing, but traditional strategy is still being used. I’ve seen first hand how brands get stuck in rigid, month-long approval loops for content that is irrelevant by the time it hits the feed. I launched blank social co. to provide a leaner, faster alternative. We prioritise the ‘social edit’ as much as the strategy.”
The production house has already secured clients across the jewellery, beauty and lifestyle sectors, working on content ranging from studio product launches to lifestyle shoots and UGC-style creative.
“Traditional agency models weren’t built for the pace of social. We’ve moved away from those outdated habits to focus purely on high-intent, aesthetic content that actually performs,” Bradley added. “We don’t get stuck in strategy loops; we stay agile and act as an expert extension of our clients’ teams.”
Blank social co. will focus on close client access and faster decision-making, with Bradley positioning the business around “the edit” and on-platform execution, as brands compete for attention in increasingly crowded feeds.
