Helen and Alex Lester, who met after meeting at Leeds search agency Epiphany – acquired by Jaywing back in 2014 – have launched a new video production partnership, Lester Film Co.
Specialising in filmmaking and storytelling, the new company benefits from a combined 20 years of marketing experience between the pair.
Alex’s background is in videography – he’s scooped a handful of awards for his work over the years, is a CAA-certified drone pilot and photographer, and began his career in copywriting and content strategy.
This is paired with Helen’s extensive experience in copywriting, tone of voice development and rebranding projects, working with brands such as Morrisons and Pure Pet Food. The pair bring a complementary set of skills to brands looking to tell their story through compelling video content.
Helen Lester says: “It’s the combination of our storytelling and filmmaking skills that we feel helps us create content that really speaks to our clients’ customers. It’s always been a goal of ours to work together again since meeting at Epiphany all those years ago, and we’re really excited to bring our skills and experience to our clients, together.”
