Newcastle search marketing agency Evolved Search has promoted Danielle Jones to lead its client services division.
Jones, who joined Evolved as an account manager in 2019, will be responsible for providing clients with senior account and performance management, and overseeing the development of the account management and client success departments, including managing and growing the team further in line with agency growth plans. In her previous role she was responsible for the hiring and training of a new account management team, as well as rolling out new planning processes.
Jones said: “I’ve been at Evolved Search for three years and have progressed from account manager all the way to head of client services within that time. I’m lucky to work for an agency that seriously values progression and pushes you to do things you never thought you could.”
