Ash Young, the Managing Director of Sheffield’s Evoluted is stepping back after 16 years at the helm.
The restructure comes as the agency plans to double in size over the next few years.
Technical Director, Sam Biggins, and Giorgio Cassella the agency’s Marketing Director will now become joint Managing Directors, while Young will remain at the firm in a business development role.
“Sam and Giorgio have stepped up over the last few months and have taken Evoluted to the next level. We have an amazing team in place and brilliant clients, I can’t wait to see where they take us over the next few years,” said Young.
Biggins has been at Evoluted since 2016, while Cassella joined a year later.
“To be trusted to lead the agency forward and to do so at the age of 30 is a huge personal achievement.” said Cassella.

Biggins added:
