The deadline to enter the inaugural STEM Marketing Awards 2024 is fast approaching, so we’ve pulled together a handy guide of everything you need to help you get started on your entries.

So what are the STEM Marketing Awards? Prolific North and awards partner Lesniak Swann have teamed up to launch a dedicated awards to celebrate the achievements of B2B marketers operating in the science, tech, engineering or maths industries.

Whether you’re part of a leading PR team or behind an effective digital marketing campaign that’s helped to engage, inspire and educate the STEM sector, there are plenty of categories that recognise campaigns, teams and rising marketing stars – and don’t forget, you can be based anywhere in the UK to enter. But there’s not long to go – you have until 13 September to get your entries in.

Judges and why you should enter

With industry experts from the likes of EA Technology, McLaren, WSP and Thermo Fisher taking part in an independent judging panel for these awards, the judges will compile the shortlist and winners. Check out all of the judges here.

On why you should enter, Chris Witte, head of marketing at EA Technology, said: These awards can become an important part of the mix in promoting and recognising great people, teams and projects within the STEM marketing disciplines.”

Jennifer Watkiss, global marcoms lead – digital offerings, WSP, added: “Marketing in the STEM field goes beyond just selling a product. The blend of technical understanding and deep audience insight required to communicate the value of a complex product or solution to the right people at the right time puts every aspect of marketing skills to the test.

“Awards that specifically recognise this are long overdue, and I’m excited to see the entries that highlight this wonderfully exciting work.”
