Leeds-based paid media agency, Circus PPC, has made a number of promotions and expanded its new Paid Social Department in response to agency growth and a 22% increase in client spends.
The success comes following Circus’s rebrand at the beginning of 2026, which repositioned the agency across multiple paid media channels encompassing search, social and strategy based services.
Tristan Parr has been promoted to PPC manager, Lauren Morton to PPC analyst, and Ryan Cooke to senior client services executive. Caitlin Dillon was also promoted to the new position of head of paid social as she continues to lead the Paid Social Department.

In addition to the internal promotions, and following the success of the recently formed Paid Social department, Corey Vivian has also joined the agency as paid social manager, working alongside the team to continue department growth and success.
CEO Rick Tobin said: “We’re proud of the amazing work the team has been doing, and it’s clear that their efforts have had a huge impact on agency growth and success. It’s an exciting time as the team continues to grow, and we’re looking forward to seeing what the remainder of the year brings.”
