Eileen Stretton has joined the senior management team of creative brand PR agency, Launch.
Stretton has more than 20 years PR experience, including as Head of Communications at West Yorkshire Combined Authority and Communications Director at CreativeRace. She was also MD PR North and National Consumer PR at Golley Slater and held a senior in-house PR role at Morrisons.
“We’ve known Eileen a long time and have always admired her brand experience, both in-house and agency,” said Johnny Pitt, Launch’s founder.
“She also brings a wealth of senior media relations nous and a real hunger and application to everything she does.”
At Launch, she will lead both its new business programme and consultancy across its key clients, such as Electrolux and Metro Bank.
“Launch is an agency that I’ve been impressed by throughout my career, both for their creativity and client retention, and I’m really pleased to take on this hybrid role at a key time in their growth,” she added.
She will work both in Yorkshire and Soho.
