Eat My Logo gains Michelin-starred manager

Lancashire supplier of branded treats, Eat My Logo, has announced the appointment of new production manager, Martin Evans.

Starting work at the age of 15, Evans has worked in several restaurant kitchens, within pubs, hotels and fine dining. Over the last seven years, he has looked after a total of 115 Michelin star chefs, as well as managing a full production team who made fresh pasta and ready to eat consumables, and now brings his wealth of knowledge and expertise to Eat My Logo.

Evans will play a crucial role in overseeing the bakery production team, ensuring product quality is maintained and timelines are met to ensure success and growth. In addition as part of the SMT, he will play a part in new product development and help to streamline projects. He also brings some valuable insight into one of the businesses growing markets, the foodservice and hospitality industry.

Evans said: “I am feeling very positive about my new role, looking forward to getting to know the Eat My Logo business more and getting stuck in with new projects. I am very thankful that Ruth and Andy gave me this opportunity and welcomed me into the Eat My Logo family.”

Eat My Logo is a supplier of cakes, biscuits and chocolates decorated with a themed image or company Logos. It works with businesses to help them treat, reward and celebrate with their staff and customers. Products are supplied as part of celebrations, staff engagement, events and conferences.
