Leeds-based Circus PPC Agency has welcomed two new hires as the agency expands its service offering into paid social.
Caitlin Dillon, senior paid social manager, and Esther Jackson, paid social analyst, joined the agency at the beginning of the year to create the agency’s new Paid Social department. Dillon has joined from fellow Leeds agency, Journey Further, where she has led the agency’s paid social team since 2022. She will now take on a similar role for Circus PPC’s paid social efforts. Jackson brings experience in media, social and marketing from both in-house and agency roles.
Chief strategy officer Ahmed Chopdat headed up the agency’s growth and expansion into the paid social sphere. He said: “Bringing Caitlin and Esther on board marks an exciting chapter in our growth. By uniting their specialised skills in paid social with our established PPC team, we are strengthening our commitment to delivering the comprehensive, multi-channel strategies that allow our clients to reach their most ambitious marketing objectives. Since being founded in 2009 by CEO Rick Tobin, Circus PPC has gone from a one-man consultancy to a talented team of 20 PPC experts providing outstanding PPC services to clients across a wide range of industries.
Clients have included Booths, Roman, Simplehuman, Cinesa, and Miele. The agency claims that it is growth-focussed, and “on a mission to be both the best agency to work with, and the best agency to work for.”
