MediaCityUK-based dock10 has invested in 15 Sony HDC-3500 4K cameras to “future-proof its infrastructure” as part of a £5 million technology investment plan.
The investment in the 15 cameras – plus a Sony P50 – has been more than £1.2m and will support 4K/ultra HD output as well as IP capabilities. Dock10 is upgrading its studios, post-production facilities, media storage platforms and the network that supports MediaCityUK.
