Manchester-based digital consultancy Step5, has merged with TXM Group.
Terms of the deal haven’t been revealed, but TXM has a global turnover of £220m and employs more than 350 staff around the world.
Based in Milton Keynes, it owns 15 businesses across a number of industries, ranging from transport and technology, to facilities management and healthcare.
Step5 will be its lead across digital transformation and follows 5 years of rapid growth for the company, which works with Morrisons, the IOC and BNP Paribas amongst others.
