ResponseTap adds Facebook integration to call tracking system

ResponseTap has launched a new system which will integrate Facebook and Instagram into its call tracking data.

The Salford Quays-based firm says that it means marketers can report on all ‘events’, including phone calls, within Facebook Ads Manager.

“Our Facebook integration is the latest development in enhancing our suite of call tracking products,” explained Ross Fobian, CEO at ResponseTap.

“The aim at ResponseTap has always been to help marketers fully understand the customer journey and enhance ROI at every level. Now marketers have access to the same level of insights for their social conversions as they do across other channels.”

Tracked calls that stem from paid social media activity can now be traced back and credited to the campaigns that drove the call.

“I speak to our customers on a daily basis and I know how much this new integration will mean, to allow them to optimise the campaigns running on these platforms. I’m looking forward to hearing about the savings they’re able to make by cutting social ad spend that doesn’t convert,” added Barry Cochrane, VP of Customer Success at ResponseTap.
