Dark Matter Commerce agencies unite at new Manchester base

Jactin House, Ancoats

Digital agency Dark Matter Commerce has relocated to a new Manchester base in Colony’s Ancoats site, Jactin House.

The agency has taken out a two-year lease on a space offering a total of 45 desk spaces.

Dark Matter Commerce was originally created in 2021 when Space 48 received backing from private equity investor, Foresight. Since then, the company has acquired Brave the Skies in 2022 and most recently, Bring Digital, to sit alongside Space 48 under the Dark Matter Commerce umbrella.

With a £12.5m turnover and over 170 staff, the three unified agencies will work in partnership from their new Ancoats base, whilst maintaining their own brand, identity and specialisms.

Property advisors Edwards & Co handled the search and lease for the new office, which benefits from incredible communal facilities including numerous collaboration zones, presentation area and a roof terrace, in partnership with Dark Matter.
