Newly formed digital performance agency, connective3 has made two senior hires.

Claire Stanley-Manock takes up the role of Paid Media Director, having previously been Head of Biddable Strategy at WMG and also holding director roles at The Home Agency and Brass.

She joins the Leeds agency to head up its paid offering.

“I’m really looking forward to being part of an already brilliant team and working with them to build an agency that plans all channels agnostically, with the common goal of delivering client growth,” she stated.

Joining her is Sales and Marketing Director, Charlie Harris. Harris spent 4 years at Edit, rising to the role of Associate Marketing Director. Prior to that, she was Head of Marketing at Branded3 – the agency founded by connective3’s Vin Chinnaraja and Patrick Altoft:

“I’m excited to have the opportunity to work with Vin, Patrick and the team again. In a crowded agency market its refreshing to work within a business whose sole focus is to deliver growth for their clients,” she explained.

connective3 currently employs 11 staff at its Leeds base.

“Claire will play an instrumental role in establishing and growing our paid proposition, connecting both creative and organic search with paid to deliver a robust cross-channel offering,” explained CEO, Tim Grice.

“Charlie has a vast experience in delivering events and marketing for agencies and its great to have her on board in the early days of connective3.”
