Fast growing software company CMap has moved into a new 9,000 sq ft office space at Arkwright House, in Manchester’s Parsonage Gardens, with the move supporting its ongoing expansion and focus on attracting and retaining talent.
The company, which provides project and resource management software to professional service firms, including architects, engineers and consulting firms, has additional locations in Alderley Edge, where the company was initially founded, and in Orlando, Florida in the US.
CMap has grown rapidly with investment from ECI Partners and its team of more than 140 staff now works with more than 700 clients across the UK and US, making it one of the fastest growing tech businesses in the North West. It was also recently nominated for seven Women in Tech Awards.

Arkwright House itself has undergone an extensive recent refurbishment, with significant investment into the building’s common areas and communal spaces, as well as the introduction of a gym, studio and treatment room. CMap was advised on its move by Colliers.
