Manchester-based Blaze Marketing has produced the marketing for a landmark complex in Nottingham.
Acting on behalf of Metis Real Estate Advisors and Savills, its team developed the brand and collateral to help sell the 9.24acre Castle Meadow Campus site in the city centre.
Daniel Bourmad, Director at Blaze marketing explained that their work included an interactive marketing brochure, photography, video, a secure data website and an HTML programmed e-shot to send to a targeted list.
“We were given a relatively tight deadline of around 3 weeks to undertake all this, and we were delighted to have turned this project around in quick time, and to have produced something special for such a high profile opportunity,” he said.
“The logo icon was created from the shape of one of the building’s floor plans, which has a distinctive shape.”
Castle Meadow is currently home to HMRC, which is moving to a new base in Queensbridge Road next year, and law firm Browne Jacobson.
