There’s just one week left to apply to host a fringe event at this year’s Digital City Festival.
Returning to Manchester from 15 – 19 April, Digital City Festival is the annual event series that unites the digital and tech sectors from the North and beyond.
Alongside a number of exciting anchor events organised by the team at Prolific North, the festival is also inviting applications until 16 February from companies and individuals to host their own fringe events.
Hosting a fringe event is an opportunity to take the stage, share your ideas and build your community as part of Digital City Festival.
Over the years, Digital City Festival has had a mix of fringe events from female tech founder nights, to ecommerce dinners and digital networking.
We are encouraging applications from all businesses across the media, digital, and tech sectors. If you need some inspiration, some of the key themes of this year’s festival are below but we’d love to hear your ideas:
- Nurturing talent and skills
- Access to funding to support the North’s growing tech ecosystem
- Emerging trends for the digital and tech sectors in 2024
- Harnessing the power of new technologies to build sustainable businesses
- The challenges and opportunities for the North’s media, broadcast and production sectors
