Digital City Festival 2024: Sneak preview of what to expect this year

There will be a number of exciting anchor events as part of this year’s Digital City Festival, the annual event series that unites the digital and tech sectors across the North and beyond.

The 2024 Festival will be hosted across Manchester from 15 – 19 April, featuring six anchor events and a range of fringe events designed to connect, inspire and showcase the North’s digital and tech ecosystems, with a view to support further growth and investment.

Kicking the festival off on Monday 15 April, there will be an invite-only City Leaders Summit and drinks reception. With so much activity happening across the North and to continue driving success and innovation, we know businesses, support organisations, as well as the education and public sectors in the region need to continue to collaborate and share ideas.

This event will unite key industry leaders to delve into growth and innovation of the North’s digital economy, the talent pipeline, discuss access to investment and funding in the North, and how digital and tech can support the green agenda.

On Tuesday 16 April, we’ll be hosting Made in the North Summit, a key event with industry figures across the broadcast sector. This collaborative event will examine the key challenges and opportunities the sector is facing and explore how we can strengthen the North’s media and broadcasting sectors to take on London and beyond.

Ecommerce North, a special anchor event on Wednesday 17 April, is designed to bring together retail and ecommerce businesses to understand the latest trends shaping the industry, and how to stay ahead of the curve.

With plenty more details and announcements set to be revealed soon, if you’re looking to share and explore trends and research, highlight the region’s innovation and much more, there are a range of sponsorship and speaking opportunities available for 2024.
