Ampersands ahoy! Riot & Rebel makes double Capital&Centric website drop

Manchester-based web agency Riot & Rebel has delivered two new websites for Capital&Centric, the social impact developers known for their bold, design-led regeneration projects and main developer behind Liverpool’s Littlewoods Studios redevelopment.

The dual launch marks a digital milestone for both businesses and showcases Riot & Rebel’s growing reputation for large-scale, high-profile web projects.

The first project was Ollo, Capital&Centric’s new Build-to-Rent brand, giving renters a dedicated space to explore homes, communities and neighbourhoods. Most recently, Riot & Rebel also designed and built a brand-new digital showcase for Capital&Centric, a hub for partners, stakeholders and communities to explore their projects, pipeline and regeneration ambitions.

Together, the launches set out a clearer digital strategy, with each site tailored to its audience yet built to scale as Capital&Centric’s portfolio grows. Riot & Rebel worked closely with the developer’s in-house marketing team to make sure both sites capture their distinctive personality, while also laying strong digital foundations for the future.

Louise Howells, founder and director of Riot & Rebel, said: “I’ve seen Capital&Centric’s impact on the region for years, so helping deliver the next stage of their growth online has been an incredible experience. Working so closely with their marketing team meant we could build something that really reflects their bold brand and future ambitions. It also marks a significant win for Riot & Rebel, showcasing the scale of projects we’re delivering as an agency.”

Tom Wilmot, joint MD at Capital&Centric, added: “Our neighbourhoods are bold, design-led and full of personality, and now our digital presence reflects that too. With the launch of Ollo and our new digital showcase, we have created spaces online that mirror the energy of our projects, whether that is helping renters find a home that feels like them, or giving communities a window into our regeneration plans.

“These sites are built to grow with us as we take on more ambitious projects across the UK. We are not in the business of bland boxes, and our websites are not either. Just as importantly, they shine a light on the social impact we are delivering in towns and cities, from transforming derelict sites into new communities to creating places that genuinely improve lives.”
