Regital merges with Skyrise Intelligence

Manchester’s Regital and Skyrise Intelligence have announce their merger.

The 2 companies were both co-founded by husband and wife team, Ian and Michelle Vint – and Alex Petrie. They’ll now both fall under the Skyrise brand name.

“This is not only a transformational moment for both of the previous businesses, it is also a significant development within the UK advertising sector, creating a scaled-up business with an unrivalled view of real people.”

The Vints set up Regital in 2011, with Michelle moving into a more strategic role in 2021 to focus on Skyrise Intelligence.

That saw the promotion of Managing Director, Paul Bernard, who’ll take up the same job at Skyrise.

The combined company will employ more than 40 staff and combine Skyrise Intelligence’s real data sets and customer insights with Regital’s programmatic marketing.
