Content 10x is a B2B content marketing agency established in 2017. We work with businesses from around the world, creating and repurposing content to help them reach new audiences and grow.

You are a skilled B2B content marketer with a genuine passion for content and at least three years of agency experience. You think strategically, write exceptionally well, and take pride in producing work that stands out.

Every day you will be working across a diverse mix of blogs, podcasts, videos, and other online content - thinking about how to make the most of it for our clients' audiences.

This is a varied and exciting role for a strategic, marketing-savvy professional who is also a skilled writer.

The role

You’ll bring a marketer's mindset to everything you do - thinking strategically about content, how it serves an audience, how it fits into a wider marketing picture, and how it can be repurposed to maximise reach and impact.

A key part of the role involves consuming our clients' content - podcast episodes, webinars, reports, event content - and developing content plans that make the most of it.

You'll think about what will resonate with their audience, which formats will work best across channels, and how to maintain a consistent, compelling brand voice.

From there, you'll bring those plans to life.

That includes producing edit notes for our creative team, identifying the best moments for social media, and creating written content - blog posts, social media copy, email, storyboards for image carousels, and more.

Strong writing is a core skill in this role, and you'll complete a writing and copyediting task as part of our recruitment process.

You'll also play an important role in developing and refining our content marketing processes, identifying opportunities to improve how we work - including thoughtful, responsible integration of AI tools to enhance efficiency and creativity (but not to replace the thinking).

You will liaise and collaborate with our creative and content management teams and have direct contact with clients. You'll be involved in QA review and the distribution of content onto channels, including WordPress, podcast hosting platforms, LinkedIn and more, giving you end-to-end involvement from brief to publication.

You'll also support our own internal content and marketing activity, with the opportunity to own projects such as client case studies, campaigns, blog, social media and podcast content.

What you bring

You must have

  • A minimum of three years' professional experience in content marketing, specifically in a B2B context
  • Experience working for a content or marketing agency
  • Exceptional writing skills across both long-form and short-form content, particularly for LinkedIn
  • Demonstrable experience with LinkedIn content - strategy, copy, and platform understanding
  • Experience in content repurposing - consuming content in one format (podcast, video, blog) and transforming it into written content across multiple formats and channels
  • Experience contributing to or developing content marketing processes and workflows, including AI
  • Strong marketing instincts - you consider audience, channel, messaging and strategy before you start writing
  • Outstanding attention to detail, from copyediting to spotting misaligned text on a graphic or out-of-sync audio in a video
  • Excellent time management - able to work to tight deadlines and juggle multiple projects
  • Experience working independently in a remote team, with the ability to take direction constructively

It's a bonus if you have

  • Familiarity with AI tools and a considered approach to integrating them into content workflows - alongside a clear understanding of the risks (we have a strict AI-usage policy)
  • Experience with any of the tools we use: ClickUp, WordPress, Buffer, HubSpot, Descript, KIT, Claude

What we offer

  • 29 days holiday, including your birthday off
  • Half a day off every month for life admin (an extra six days off per year)
  • A wellbeing hour on the last Friday of each month
  • Pension contributions
  • Cashback health scheme
  • Employee discounts
  • Company social events and outings
