Watts turns to One for digital brief

Manchester agency One Marketing Communications has been been handed a digital marketing brief by Watts Commercial Finance.

One will be working with Watts to develop a customer relationship management (CRM) strategy, using direct and email marketing, to generate new customer leads and increase partner introductions.

Phil Gray, commercial director at Cheshire-based Watts Commercial Finance, said: “One demonstrated a solid understanding of our business needs and presented a workable strategy that will help us to reach new customers and raise the profile of the business in order to achieve our objectives. We look forward to working with the team on the campaign.”

The agency will provide ongoing digital consultancy support and develop the creative design work for a regular pipeline of communications.
