World Cup-winning former England captain Martin Johnson and British and Irish Lions’ captain Sam Warburton will be pundits for the BBC’s coverage of the 6 Nations Championship.
MediaCityUK-based BBC Sport will be providing live television coverage of 8 games on BBC One, with live commentary of every home nations game on Radio 5 live and 5 live sports extra.
Matches will also be available via the BBC Sport website and app.
John Inverdale and Gabby Logan will head up the television coverage, alongside Johnson, Warburton, Paul O’Connell, Jeremy Guscott, Jonathan Davies, Martyn Williams, Brian Moore, Chris Paterson, Andy Nicol and former France coach Philippe Saint-André.
Scotland and Wales home games will feature TV commentary from Eddie Butler and Andrew Cotter.
Lee McKenzie, who will be reporting pitch-side along with Sonja McLaughlan, will present a weekly BBC Two Sunday night programme with all the highlights, action and news from the Women’s Six Nations,
On Radio 5 live, Ian Robertson will lead the commentary, with Chris Jones reporting from inside the England camp.
