Creative Director Paul Alexander has left Ponderosa Group after nine years to set up his own agency.
Alexander worked for clients including Crabbie’s, Puma and Russell Hobbs during his time with the Otley agency and says he will continue to work on projects for them. He has now set up Fun Agency and is looking for an office in Leeds.
“After over nine successful years with Ponderosa, working with some great people and great brands I feel now is the time for me to pursue something altogether new,” Alexander said.
“There is a need more than ever for great, effective ideas and clients want and understand the value of this more than ever before. Fun Agency has already attracted some great support and a healthy pipeline of clients who have seen how Fun can deliver something different.
“We are collaborating with other ad agencies, PR agencies, Social agencies and direct with clients, both in Leeds and London, which is really exciting so soon after starting the business, and we are currently looking for a suitable base in Leeds city centre.”
Alexander, whose position as a director was terminated in June, has been replaced by Jon Workman.
