Leeds-based digital consultancy Axiologik has increased its headcount by nine since August as it marks its 10th anniversary this year.
The nine new team members follow on from a double hire at the beginning of the summer, and strengthen the consultancy’s core capabilities across architecture, delivery, product, engineering and AI, service operations and cyber resilience.
The expansion follows the company’s strongest period of growth to date. In the past three years, Axiologik has increased its revenue by 50%, significantly outpacing the industry average.
So far in 2026, Axiologik has delivered work for clients including BNP Paribas, TPT Retirement Solutions, Zenith, the Bank of England, and Genomics England.
Alongside the growth, Axiologik continues to deliver critical services through its long-standing partnerships with public sector organisations such as the NHS and the Home Office.

Axiologik has also expanded its service offering this year with the launch of two new assessment services, responding to growing demand in two rapidly developing areas: cyber resilience and AI.
Its cyber resilience assessment service follows a 600% increase in cyber consulting work in 2025 compared with 2024, while its AI readiness assessment is designed to help organisations maximise the return on their AI investments and reduce the risk of stalled or underperforming projects.
The recruitment of new talent responds to current shifts in job roles and workflows caused by the rapid development of AI. Data from Skills England and the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology projects a 27% increase in digital and tech sector demand by 2035, representing 239,000 new jobs across 30 priority occupations.
