Leeds-based technology consultancy Iridium has strengthened its consultancy team with two senior appointments as demand grows for specialist expertise on complex technology programmes.
The business has appointed Phil Strong, pictured below, as Delivery Practice Lead and Rick Falkingham, pictured above, as Quality Assurance Engineer, bolstering its capabilities across large-scale migration and platform projects for national and international organisations.
Iridium, which specialises in cards, payments and migrations, software engineering, quality assurance, and cloud and architecture, said the appointments support its continued growth as organisations undertake increasingly complex technology change programmes.

Strong joins the business after previously working alongside Iridium as a consultant. With more than 20 years’ experience delivering complex technology programmes across infrastructure, software delivery, governance and business transformation, he will support client engagements while helping to develop the consultancy’s delivery practice.
He is already working on a major client platform migration.

Falkingham joins the consultancy’s Quality Assurance practice, bringing almost a decade of software testing experience across financial services and technology businesses.
