More than 20,000 sq ft of space has been occupied at Sci-Tech Daresbury over the past year, with new and expanding organisations bringing more than 200 people onto the Liverpool City Region campus.
The latest wave of occupiers includes engineering firm MARCH, which has expanded its UK headquarters at the site, alongside NHS Supply Chain, Origin Enterprises’ Avian Ecology, Ellis Williams Architects and food systems and automation specialist JBT Marel.
Many of the businesses have moved into the £17.8m Violet development, which provides 43,000 sq ft of Grade A office and innovation space.
MARCH has developed a new collaborative workspace and training facilities at the campus to support its digital and automation operations. The expansion includes a dedicated training environment aimed at apprenticeships and skills development, as well as additional space for customer engagement and leadership meetings.

Sci-Tech Daresbury said the latest arrivals span sectors including engineering, healthcare, sustainability and advanced manufacturing, adding to the mix of businesses based at the campus.

The campus said future expansion plans include Violet Phase Two, which is expected to deliver around 80,000 sq ft of Grade A office and CL2-enabled laboratory space across two buildings for science and technology businesses.
