UK Digital Agency Brings SaaS and AI Innovation to New York, Signalling Cross-Market Momentum

UK-based digital agency Reach Studios has completed a series of high-level presentations in New York City, marking a significant milestone in its international growth. Following five years of sustained success across Europe, the Sheffield-based tech agency was invited to deliver two major presentations in NYC, alongside four additional meetings across the state with leading US organisations and potential partners.

The visit culminated in Reach representing the UK at an AI-focused evening event in lower Manhattan, joining a collection of businesses for an evening of insight and innovation connecting the UK and USA. The event, hosted on the 30th floor of a Manhattan skyscraper overlooking the Empire State Building, brought together Google and Meta engineers, AI investors, New York start-ups and established West Coast AI technology firms.

The two core presentation sessions focused on ROI, KPIs, SaaS scalability, and applied AI. These meetings were more than two years in the making and followed the rapid expansion of one of Reach’s UK SaaS platforms, which has grown significantly over the past five years and is now attracting US enterprise attention.

Alongside this, the team held additional discussions centred on eCommerce growth between the UK and US markets, exploring supply chain efficiencies, technology synergies, and the impact of AI on consumer behaviour. In 2025 alone, 58 percent of direct customers replaced traditional search with AI-driven recommendations for product discovery, reflecting a fundamental shift in buying patterns. Reach’s SaaS solutions are currently driving productivity gains of 85 percent and more within supply chain processes, while enterprise adoption of LLMs within SOC environments has risen by 22 percent year-on-year.

Speaking about the visit, Managing Director, Andrew Claypole said:
“This trip has been two years in the making. The calibre of meetings, particularly the two presentation sessions, were exceptional, involving leading companies delivering global projects where we have already seen strong success across the EU. Expanding into a larger market was our natural next step. All six meetings, along with the AI event, were educational, insightful and it was an incredibly busy week!”

Conversations across the week consistently highlighted a shared challenge among US enterprises. While AI awareness is high, many tools fail to integrate deeply enough into operational workflows to generate measurable commercial impact. Reach’s approach, focused on applied intelligence, operational integration and commercial outcomes, resonated strongly with decision-makers seeking practical deployment rather than surface-level automation.

As a result of the visit, Reach is preparing to pilot multi-state projects from spring 2026 and has already secured further interest in the US. This expansion will influence both US operations and UK team planning as the company scales to meet growing transatlantic demand.

With projects and events now scheduled on both sides of the Atlantic, Reach Studios is set for a fast-paced and impactful 2026 in the global SaaS and AI market.
