Homewares group expands ecommerce brand brief following initial success

Horwood Homewares has expanded its partnership with ecommerce growth consultancy Growth Society to now include the Judge kitchenware brand.

The group first began working with Growth Society in April 2025 on its Stellar range, a partnership focusing on international expansion across Europe, the US and Canada and including full-funnel performance marketing as well as strategic ecommerce consultancy. That collaboration has already delivered a 68% uplift in net sales year-on-year, alongside improved ROI through more efficient organic, paid media, CRO and CRM activity.

Building on this initial success, Horwood has now appointed Growth Society to lead the performance marketing for Judge, one of the UK’s oldest and most trusted kitchenware brands.

Growth Society will oversee strategy and activation for the Judge brand across paid search, paid social and CRM, with the objective of “driving sustainable growth through a diversified channel mix.”

The consultancy, which leads teams of fractional specialists and agency talent for strategy and campaign delivery, will also integrate its enhanced reporting, placing performance marketing insight and profitability at the heart of its partnership with Judge.

Richard Sharp, marketing director at Stellar, said: “Judge has such a rich history, and we have ambitious brand and product development plans for its next phase of growth. Since partnering with Growth Society on Stellar six months ago, we’ve seen significant impact across every area which they support, and we’re confident we can replicate that success with Judge.

“Their strategic thinking, combined with the speed and quality of execution through their fractional model, is more effective and efficient than we’ve experienced with traditional agency relationships.”

Will Anderson, founder & growth partner at Growth Society, added: “I’m delighted with the results we’ve achieved and the partnership we’ve built with Richard and the Horwood Homewares team this year. Expanding the relationship to include another brand is both proof of the impact we’ve made and validation of our leaner, more agile way of working.”

Growth Society’s strategic consultants include Matt Roffe, Amy Bott and Simon Lister, leveraging experience from leading ecommerce players including Gymshark, THG and END.
